As part of UK Parliament Week, I visited Breckon Hill Primary School to talk to pupils about being an MP and how Parliament works.

As ever, I got asked the most wonderful questions and we talked all about voting, my work as an MP and what they want to see for Middlesbrough.

It is always so uplifting to spend time with the pupils, teachers and staff – the joy and enthusiasm bursts out from them all.
